How much is the delivery?

Free complimentary national shipping within 3 to 15 business days . For international purchase, shipping charges will be $40.00 USD per package.

How long will delivery take?

Allow between 3 to 15 business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

Returns

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns at angloindu.com are always free of charge, using our return methods.

 

How do I return an item?

We will send a courier to collect your package within 1-2 working days. Please log in and follow the steps listed in my account > returns. If you are not registered at angloindu.com, please use the link sent to you with your order confirmation e-mail. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For Cash on Delivery Orders, you will receive your refund via bank transfer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Drop a message OR, Contact our customer service team and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to now offer shipment to internationally! All orders will be charged a flat rate of $40.00 USD for Standard shipping. International duties and taxes will be estimated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time we do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales will be marked as final at checkout. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service team.

CURRENCY

Angloindu.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders outside India will be transacted in USD by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-USD order totals shown at checkout are only estimates based on recent currency conversion rates to the USD and includes estimated international taxes and duties.
